Please find answers to studio policy and commonly asked questions below.

Lesson absence 

Students/parents must provide five working days’ notice for external events, two weeks’ notice for holidays, and notify Level Up Piano by 7:00am on the day of the lesson if absent due to illness. Students are allowed up to two make-up lessons per term if sufficient notice is given. Missed lessons without proper notice will still be charged.

What payment system do you use?

Log into the 'Student Portal' found on this website to access invoices. Payment is made by direct debit or via bank transfer using the bank details on the invoice. 

Can I start during a term?

Yes.  If starting mid-term, accounts are charged based on the remaining weeks of the term. 

Discontinuing lessons

Four weeks’ written notice (text or email) is required. For example, if notice is given in week 5 of a term, the final lesson will occur in week 9.
